Mike is a Lead Instructor for FEMA’s National Disaster & Emergency Management University Basic Academy Public Information Officer Curriculum and the Florida Fire Chiefs’ Association Emergency Services Leadership Institute, where he trains leaders to manage public information during disasters and emergencies.
